Data that is provided to us digitally is stored on our secure servers. Data that is provided to us via paper copy is filed by reference to the client in a locked filing cabinet in date order.

We will keep your personal and medical data for as long as required, up to a maximum period of 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your digital data by removing it from our secure server database and any paper copies will be shredded beyond identification and responsibly recycled where possible.
